A Practical Approach to Therapy

When you are dealing with addiction or relationship challenges, it is not always clear where the problem starts. Patterns can be hidden, misunderstood, or misdiagnosed.

Andre le Roux focuses on helping you understand what is really happening beneath the surface. The work involves looking at what may feel unclear and working through it in a way that feels manageable. The aim is to move forward at a steady pace and build change that lasts.

About Andre le Roux

I am here to help you overcome addiction challenges, from substance abuse to relationship issues. You do not have to suffer anymore; recovery is possible.

With over 30 years of experience as an addiction therapist, I understand the pain and shame involved, but there is hope. Based in the Western Cape and specialising in sex and love addiction, I offer compassionate, personalised therapy in person and online for individuals and couples looking to rebuild their lives.

I also work with situations where addiction, relationships, and mental health challenges overlap, helping to identify what is really driving the difficulty and how to move forward.
